How do I enter a Birthday I want to remember?
Our personalized email reminders will notify you up to
1 month in advance of your friends, families, colleagues, and business
associates Birthdays.
You can create your very own personal birthday database and we will take
care of the rest! No usernames! No passwords to remember! You can manage
your Birthday Pal list with email.
To set a reminder you simply fill out the 3 step form with your
information, your pal's information and pick when you would like to be
reminded. That's It, That's All and then you can forget it! Back

How
do I correct my information?
There are two ways to do this. First you may simply
request a list of all your records at our management
section and an email will be sent to you. Then simply click
the "Edit" button associated with the record you wish
to update.
The other option is to request a specific record
from our management section and
an email with that person's information will be emailed to you
for editing.
How
do I remove a Birthday Pal from my reminders list?
Simply go to the management
section and request a Birthday Pal be removed from your
reminder list. Back

What
if I don't know my Pal's Birthday?
Not sure of your Pal's birthday? We can ask for it on your
behalf with a friendly email request. We
will send your friend a very brief email stating that you are
not certain of their birthday and requesting they select their
birthday from a simple pull down menu and click the
"Send" button to return their birthday to you. Simply go to the get my friends
birthday page.

Birthday Pal our goal is to strengthen friendships not strain

written as though we were asking our own friends when their

I use Birthday Pal to tell my friends when my birthday is?
We can let your Pal's know when your birthday is and with
one click they too can set a reminder of your birthday! Simply

easily?

What
if I already use reminders in my contact list?
That is always an option. However with your contact list on a
specific machine your reminders are only available on that
machine. Also consider that if your machine needs to be reset up
then you may lose your contact list and all the reminders and
birthday information in it.

if I forget my password?
Not to worry! We use email addresses and not explicit username
and passwords to ensure you are who you say you are. The person
who enters the record provides their email address and only the
person with access to that email address is allowed to view your
information, make any changes or remove any records.
